A general installation would include
Distribution board with relevant rcbo’s
Lighting circuit including a twin led non- corrosive fitting with microwave sensor and incorporating an emergency light
13a twin socket for local power
Wall mounted 3kw curtain heater controlled via sunvic anti frost stat
Tank immersion heater circuit controlled by alarmtronic LPC spec controller
Trace heating circuit controlled by alarmtronic LPC spec controller
Wiring of jockey pump and starter
Wiring of main electric pump and controller
Wiring of diesel pump and controller
Wiring of test initiation board
Testing and inspection of completed installation
TRACE HEATING
A trace heating system installed to comply with relevant LPC BS 12845 will include the installation of primary & secondary circuits of trace heating using Global Trace OAFB Heating Tape 10 watts per metre controlled via an Alarmtronic THMU2.
The THMU2 is a dedicated automatic monitoring and controller for use in Sprinkler Systems as required by BS EN 12845/LPC/FPA(RC38) regulations.
MONITORING SYSTEM
We install a full remote Monitoring system to comply with BS EN 12845/LPC regulations for Sprinkler installations. This includes all associate wiring and installation of Alarmtronic Alarm panel. The panel is designed for monitoring of status of Fire Pump systems with back up battery and output relays for Fire Alarm signal and System Fault signal.
